January Charity Contribution

This month it is the turn of Charlie one our Technical Sales Engineers:

My Charity if choice is ‘CALM’ (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

This charity provides men with support and raises awareness of the high risk of suicide among men, especially young men.

CALM provide a free confidential helpline and webchat service 7 hours a day 7 days a week to anyone who needs to talk about life problems. They continuous campaign to raise awareness of mental health in young men and challenge male stereotypes and encourage positive behavioural change.

This charity is close to my heart after recently losing a good friend.
